Where is the Quarterly Grading Special listed on the PCGS home page?

I suppose this is a silly question... but I just searched the site and can not find it anywhere.

Just re-upped my Plat membership and am trying to get reoriented...image

    Seems to be gone....

It's for any coin with a US President on it, max value $1000.

it's pretty buried in this rather sadly arranged website, isn't it? If you find a site map, please post its URL.
