Is there a 1992-S $5 gold Olympic commemorative?

All indications (or at least most indications) are that the 1992 Olympic $5 golds all bear 'W' mint marks (both mint state and proofs). But the full modern registry set lists 1992-S and W Olympic coins. The Modern Gold-only registry does not mention the 'S' however. This seems to be the only coin that is in the complete modern commemorative registry set, but is not in one of the three underlying sets (half dollar, silver dollar, or gold). The PCGS population report and price guide show both coins: (not very well formatted here, but it says there are three 92-S's). Several days ago (before I knew very much of this) I saw one for sale and ordered it (it was, after all, in my list of commemoratives that I do not own). the seller, a large national dealer, replied that this was a typo: he was selling a 92-W, since they only minted these in west Point---this led me to my chase of how it had ever gotten on my list, which got me back to the pop report.
Is this just a PCGS mistake in the pop report and price guide, or are these three coins real. If they are real, I assume the price guide is way off base, setting them only a little higher (not even double) the prices for the 'W's. Surely someone here can fill me in.

I believe that the Red Book has the 92-S $5 listed as well, I think as a "second" proof issue. I have never seen one listed for sale while I was putting together my commem set. I do not know if this was an error in the Red Book or an error at the mint.
