Does this Mantle Looked Trimmed

Is it just me or does the top left of this Mantle card look like its been trimmed slightly?

the card looks a bit diamond cut to me, not the way its in the holder and not trimmed. Take a look at the back and you can see just how tilted it is...but Im contributing it to a slight diamond cut along with the reverse tilt.

Apperantly has a tilt but more than likely not trimmed.
