pcgs ms66fs 1974-d nickel $295. Untoned at first glance, light grey in right obverse at second glance. No obvious flaws.
pcgs ms66fs 1976-d nickel $495. Very light grey toned. Flashy luster. No visible marks at all. Especially stunning reverse and terrific steps.
pcgs ms67fs 1995-p nickel $595. Untoned, flashy, early die state. Only mark of note is very upper left obverse. 6 perfect steps.
pcgs ms66fs 1998-d nickel $1195. Key date (to 1984-date run!). Impossible to find. Super nice too. Untoned. No really visible marks and 6 perfect steps. I have two and can't even decide which one to keep for my own collection as both are so nice.

pcgs ms67 1984-p half $975. Untoned, flashy. Just about no marks at all. Clean shield on reverse. Typical strike. I've owned 3 of these now and this is equal to the one in my set. I recently sold the third for $1050. This coin is pop 21/0 and very underrated!

Many more pcgs mint state coins 1929-1998 listed on BST. Thanks for looking!

  • And to think when I put my set of Kennedys together my 84 MS 67 was only $75.00 in 2001....Registry has changed the face of modern coins forever....
  • Any pictures of the 84-P Kennedy? I might be interested depending on what it looks like.

  • If pcgs had stuck to 2001 standards there would have been 100's of ms67s and it'd still be a $75 coin. The pop had been 20/0 for at least 3 or 4 years and this one made it 21.
  • PCGS grading back in those days left some series a little over inflated in "true" pop #s...the Kennedy series has always been a favorite of mine MS first then proof, I was lucky at the time ( 1996 - 2001 ) buying coins that were very underated and cheap, I searched thousands of coins looking for the best ones I could find for grading in MS and had many in the set come back with the low pop numbers...I wish I could have the same faith in the 70 DCAMs PCGS pushed thru in those days I know for a fact of no less than 14 coins graded in 70 DCAM Kennedys that have no business being in those holders...I can only imagine the true number in this series not to mention other series of coins not worthy of the grade on the holder graded in those days...
