Question about special requests on PSA submissions.

Hey Fellas,
I read that some of you have had some success with getting your cards graded without qualifiers if your submission form was clearly marked with that particular request. That said, could I also request that each card in the submission -- depending on the rarity of the items -- be authenitcated if one or more happens to be trimmed, miscut, et cetera? I recently submitted a half-dozen 1915 Cracker Jacks that had been purchased from Mike Wheat (great guy, by the way), and cracked from SGC and GAI. Needless to say, the one specimen from GAI, which had been graded a 3, was returned to me ungraded as "miscut." I called PSA, and after submitting a scan of the card in question (Benz), this lovely associate agreed to have it assigned a grade of "Authentic." I continue to purchase raw CJs and SGC 40s for crossover, but I would very much like to forego having to resend a card for authenication in a separate order.
Do any of you think that PSA would adhere to such a request, i.e. "PLEASE CONSIDER AUTHENTICATING ANY CARDS THAT FAIL TO RECEIVE A NUMBER GRADE," and if so, what would be the appropriate verbage? Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Scout
