PVC on my Peso

So I picked up a 1952 Dominican Republic Peso on Ebay last week. The coin is in an NCG MS64 holder, not a real high value coin but I like the design. I photographed the coin today and when viewing the pics tonight I noticed that the coin has some pvd on the botton half of the coin. The pvc isn't noticable by the naked eye and is pretty hard to see with a loupe under incandescent lighting. But it does show up prety well under natural light in my photo (see below). I have been mostly buying certified coins lately to avoid this type of thing but looks ligh NGC missed this one. Will the PVC eventually damage tho coin? Any suggestions???
