Lowball Commem Update

I've added a circulated Spanish Trail and Hudson to my Lowball Commem set and downgraded 5 others. That leaves me looking for a Circulated Cincinnati and Maryland to complete it.

Funny, while hovering my mouse over your set rating, it says that you had a higher rating two days after creating the set than you do now. You could have stopped then and still been in the lead!

I'm fourth, but I doubt I'll be moving up any farther. I just started the set for kicks.
