What a great sight! You can check out any SI and it gives you a zoom option to read the articles or check out the magazine cover to cover, I have read a few of the articles froim the early 70's and enjoyed the nostalgia.

Pretty cool so thought I would share.

Very cool indeed. Its funny how the covers bring back memories. I love the old square box font of the middle 80's covers.

Take another look at that "faces in the crowd" and you will see a reference to a 22 year old Payne Stewart also!!

This one from April 20th, 1987 was one of my all-time favorites. It lists the salary of every major league player. Pretty crazy that only a few guys like Schmidt, Murray, and Rice made 7 figures and that was only 21 years ago.
