Early look at the playoff games...

Let's assume the Dolphins/Pats are the #3 seed. Either one of them is going to get smoked by Baltimore. Indy (at #5) will beat either SD or DEN on the road setting up Balt at Tenn and Indy at Pitt for the 2nd round. Comments?

In the NFC, I think it will be TB at Minny and Atlanta at Arizona in the first round with Minny and Atlanta winning. The 2nd round will look like Atlanta at NYG/Carolina and Minny at NYG/Carolina. I think the teams playing tonight will meet back in the NFC Championship. Comments?

That sounds about right for the NFC. I'm excited about Tavaris Jackson, as he puts them into another plateau for winning against anyone in the NFC. He's got a lot of talent & tools!
    Enjoy your collection!

  • If the Vikings even make the playoffs, they've got to start Frerotte. Tavaris Jackson will get eaten alive in the playoffs. Besides, the guy can't hang on to the ball.......oh wait, maybe that's Adrian Peterson I'm thinking about.

  • I'd rather have the Steelers play Indy than Baltimore for a third time. The Steelers did beat Baltimore twice but the Ravens crushed the Eagles, who the Steelers were dominated by. Steelers barely beat the Cowboys who the Ravens ran all over. The Ravens barely lost to the Titans and the Steelers were pushed around pretty good today by the Titans. Grew up in Maryland, always been a Steelers fan and have never liked the Ravens but playing Indy is better for the Steelers.

the Ravens dominated both games against the Steelers for 3+ quarters, if they meet again, I think they finish the job...thing is, if New England gets in, it's not a sure thing that Baltimore advances. The Patriots week spot is their secondary, and I'm not sure Baltimore has enough weapons to exploit it.
