I'm with CP, could go 63 red if the color is what it seems to be but probably RB. These obverse cheek issues are interesting as sometimes the "rub" is actually just a contact toning spot, and at least in my experience, there is a spectrum of color/luster/metal change in that location (as an example as there are other high point locations as well obviuos ly).

Coin is graded MS63 RED by ACG *gasp* It's in an older holder I believe. It isn't red by today's standards but still 90% red. I'm going to try to cross it to PCGS at any grade. It is uncirculated.
