I have all-inclusive methods of evaluating foodstuff or baseball players,
Might I offer this,
Potatoes are far more versatile than rice, they may be mashed, boiled, pancaked, baked, fried, candied, or even eaten raw, among many various taste styles available. They are famous enough to have a nationl figure, Mr Potatoe Head, and are used in an All American phrase, "small potatoes, also they gained post season political fame, from former VP Dan Quayle's use.
They are a staple of any winning family team's dinner line-up.
