Question for Russ..... is the anticipated total 2008 business strike mintage of 1.7 M for P/D Kennedy half dollars reason enough to buy mint rolls while the product is still available from the USM ?? The halves do not seem to be a hot item much anymore !! Comments please....

I've got a question, while searching through half dollar rolls for silver I've found around 100 2002-2006 P and D mint halves are these worth anything over spot since they were not issued for circulation?

"over spot"? Do you mean over 50c? Or the nickel and copper content?
