Submission question

Has anyone received two emails, one stating grades are ready the other showing shipped, only to look at the order still showing order status OK and not shipped yet? The emails just came about 8:00 PM est. Maybe they logged off for the day and never entered the grades??

    Hi Dave,

    the exact same thing happened to me a month or so ago.

    when I called PSA support, I was told exactly what you assumed, and by the next morning everything was okay.

    I agree not to worry.

    Hope your grades are what you expected or higher image
