If it helps you, why do you care if is against eBay's policies?

That's the small risk you will be taking. If caught (usually because some other seller squeals on you) eBay will cancel "choice" listings and say dont do it again. If you have 83 cards for a buyer to choose from, they obviously want you to list separately so they get 83 listing fees.
Because there are one or more viewers of this board who report
minor listing-violations to EBAY, it might be prudent for posters to
always be cautious about asking non-academic questions about
potential violations within their own listings.
////////////////
EBAY Policy:
Choice Listings - A listing where a seller allows buyers to choose from a selection of completely different items.
In general, sellers are permitted to offer a choice of sizes, colors and configurations of a particular item within
a listing, However, a listing may not offer buyers a choice of completely different items.
As long as they are the same year you may get by.

I wish it was so, but it's not.
I'd list 30 or so and tell the winner that they could choose any 10.
You have no idea how many idiots thought they won the entire 30 card lot.
I really wish I had sent them in now.
No matter how clear you are someone will assume they are bidding on the entire lot.
