What type bar is this?

I can't identify the bars in this video on Youtube, anyone know what they are? Looks like they say Plata Pura so I'm thinking Mexican or possibly Spanish?

    Yeah, that's Silverhenge.

    On the US Coin forum a few years ago. I recognized a number of those pictures.
