Why are the Dolphins so much better ?

Don't follow to much pro football, but know that the Dolphins have really been bad the past few years.
Now Pennington is their qb, and they are doing quite well.

Is it defense, offense, or just young guys getting more experienced

Is Ricky Williams back with them ?
