    How about he really doesnt know? Honestly I believe he left it up to Cassel to decide, dont get me wrong I understand the thing with Belichek and the injury report but this may be legit.

    Belichick never says if anyone is playing, ever. He hasn't for years. Tom Brady was always on the injury report, and then never missed a game. He is not doing this to take advantage of the Cassel situation, that's been the overall team approach to the injury report for years now.
