MSN live discount/cashback............................

Anyone bought something other than from Ebay and used their discount? I did and it seems to be somewhat of a hassle, i had to fill out a cash back claim form to get my whopping 12.2% back. (bought a North Face jacket from Moosejaw.com) .......different sites have different cashback %. Yes, Ebay is 8%.
