Factor for estimating value of .5 grades?

I know this has probably been discussed, but I could not seem to find a thread that did so.

My latest SMR was just before the .5 grading change went into effect. Let's say I am interested in buying a card graded 6.5. I have SMR prices for a 6 and a 7. Do you guys have any kind of a factor that you use to guesstimate the book value of a .5 graded card? Halfway between the two? Some factor? Thanks for your input!

Yes this topic has been discussed before and the end result was that there is no real way to determine value unless the card with the .5 grade has a high population of identical cards sold before. It also depends on the card and the year. A more modern rookie with a half point grade usually will not bring any extra money at auction compared to the same card at a half point lower grade or half point higher.
