Do Upper Deck Promo cards have any value?

I remember I wrote away to Upper Deck for these in the 1991 time frame. They're promo cards. The Montana is #1 and Sanders is #500 and Jordan is #1 and Robinson is #500. Do they have any value? Are they included in Master set registries? I always kind of liked them, so unless someone has a burning need for them I didn't plan on getting rid of them, I'm just curious if they have any value. Thanks!

If they are not included in the set, you can add them once you have them graded.

The value depends on how many are graded and how many eager set registry guys fighting over them..lol
  • I have a couple of the Hockey one of Gretzky that I grabbed at the national in 1991 (or 1990, whenever it was in Arlington, Texas).
I collect PSA graded 1980-81 Basketball.

I remember in 89 when the baseball came out, the Dewayne Buice card which featured the pic of him looking at his own card was pretty hot.

Although I love those cards, they just don't sell for a whole lot. I wish they used that picture of Jordan in the set instead of the one they used.

Not sure about the others, but the Jordan promo is already part of the Master registry set.

I remember there was an 800 number to get the Barry and Montana cards. You just left your name and address. I think I called 50 times.
