Its not the economy, but I'm out of the card market for awhile

Remodeled our house and like all remodel projects its overtime and over budget. I've been collecting HOF PSA football over the last year, but need to take a few months off. Need some cash to payoff the contractor and build a little cushion.

I feel like a smoker quiting cold turkey. I've even changed my browser setting so it doesn't open with ebay. Wish me luck. Is there a 12 step program for cardaholics?

    I have also been on a sabbatical myself, when I get bored and need a fix I take out one of the many sets I have and look at them.

    Try enjoying what you already have for a while.

    That's the plan Steve. I'm having a curio cabinet made for my new rec room and can't wait to display what I have. I will post pictures in a month or two.

    Indeed, what's the point of spending all this money on cards if you never take the time to enjoy them?

    I agree with not being able to enjoy your cards,I have upwards of 5000 cards sitting in boxes never even looked at,all Ido when I get them is check it is the correct cards and then put them away. My plan is to spend time sorting them and enjoying them when I retire.
