*My 1951 Bowman Set* Had to start with a Whitey

I posted a topic about a week ago for board members to help me pick my next set. The classic 1951 Bowman Set (all PSA 7) is the one that I chose.

Although I'm not finished with my Goudey Set. I figured I needed to get 1 card to get it started and I thought I should go with the Whitey Card.

I am not going to work much on this set until I get the Goudey Set done and I plan to make a huge run to finish it up in 2009. I've listed a lot of cards on the Buy sell trade boards to get enough capital to make it happen. Until then, here are the goods.

Okay, maybe not the Whitey that you were expecting, but its still an amazing looking card. I'll edit this post shortly and keep a running log of cards and post pictures as the come in. Don't expect much in 2009, but there may be a few.

Great to hear you selected the Bowmans and I'm even more thrilled you are doing it in 7's. I'm doing them in the 4-6 range (or in my case 50-80 SGC, with a few 84's). There are some very neat/cool looking cards and very few stinkers. Keep us posted.
