Need some assistance identifying a card

I have a card that was mislabled by PSA and would like your help. I cannot locate any info on beckett.com

I already emailed PSA about this with pictures and a woman told me to send it in and they will figure it out. I had the idea of providing them with as much info as possible so they get it right this time. Below are some pictures.






So, PSA labeled it as a 1993,
The back of the card says 1998,
The front of the original packaging says 1997,
The back of the original packaging says 1997 & 1996.

I am positive that it is not a 1993. I found an auction on ebay that has this in the description:

"Up for auction is a rare Starting Line-up from 1997, the 10th year edition. Also, this is the Superbowl edition that they sold only at the Fanfest at the Superbowl."

Can anyone provide a scan of this card listed in another source?

I agree. I t also appears to be a Junior Seau card as well
