Of course I am talking about Shawn Kemp!!

He was one of my favorite players back in the mid 90's how he and The Glove Gary Payton went to the Final against the Bulls. Too bad he got way out of shape or he would've been one of the best in the history of the game. Found this video of Mr Kemp, time to reminisce

    Yep. The only guy now in NBA who can dunk as hard as Kemp did is Lebron. But Lebron doesn't have Kemp's insane speed and that off-the-chart energy explosion to the rim.

    LeBron also doesnt have Shawn Kemp 15 children. If you had that many kids, you would have insane speed as well!

    Kemp had a tough road his rookie year, during away games crowds would chant "ACT" in unison....

    pretty ruthless.
