Another scammer on ebay, what can I do?

So, in November, I went to a cardshow, and found Hines Ward Playoff auto rookie that I have been looking for, but can't afford now. Just found the exact same card on ebay (i know cause its the registered set serial numbered 4 and he was selling the whole set at the show). Having seen the card recently and knowing the sig was not nearly that clear last month and knowing Hines' sig as well as I do, I can see the hesitation marks in the card from his scan, it quite obviously the card has been wiped and fake signed to look better. Other than messaging him and telling him I know, is there something that can be done to protect the buyer?

    don't know much about Hines, but i would ask to see the back of the card to see at least it was # to 8, plus it should say some thing about a auto?
    it did look a little hesitant though.
