I hear you. Fortunately, I was saving my money for this round, so I have a head start on that.

Interesting that the "Loco Foco" Hard Times Token mentions Senator Benton. This is the same Senator Benton who was a huge proponent of John C. Fremont, one of the early American explorers.

[edit] I should not leave out that Fremont married Senator Benson's daughter.

T. H. Benton sure left his mark on a long stretch of American history.

I will post the last coin I bought since being laid off. My GF has gone through that every year for a while and the hammer finally came down. It is not a bad thing at all......
