What is your favorite Mantle card and why?

I am a big fan of Mickey Mantle cards. Besides being one of the best investments and most sought after cards, the legend of "The Mick" makes him seem larger than life. I never got to personally see him play as Im only 33 but I've watched him on film several times and read about him and his stories. What is your favorite or a few of your favorite Mantle Cards? Mine would be between the '59 regular issue because of the color and overall card appeal and the '61 All Star because that is just a cool looking card.

i would offer my kids as a bartering tool, but they aren't worth as much as this particular card.

I also really love the 53.

But there are many oddball issues that I really enjoy. The Micks 1968 Bazooka card is probably my favorite of the bunch, not just because its his last Bazooka card, but because of its size and rarity.
Here's a few pics of some of my favorites that I've collected over the years .... (because some of my other photos were stolen for dubious reasons in the past, I've chosen to cover the certs of the cards below)

I'd own it if psa would grade it.
edited to add:
I really like the '56 as that's my next set building project.
Hoarding silver and collecting history
1) 1952 Topps Mantle RC - My opinion the most BEAUTIFUL card ever made.
2) 1956 Topps Mantle - Triple Crown year and I love the artwork. The 1956 set OVERALL is the best set to own.
3) 1953 Topps Mantle - Again very nice artwork and I love the color on it.
4) 1960 Topps Mantle - I like the picture of mantle smiling and on the side him in his batting stance.
5) 1951 Bowman Mantle RC - Nice artwork but definitely not my favorite of Mantle. I consider his first Topps card his true RC...
6) 1957 Topps Mantle - OK picture.................nothing else to say........too dark for me.
7) 1958 Topps Mantle All-Star - Neat card and I really like the background.
All the other Mantles I really do not care for because the photos suck. To me the later cards portray Mantle aging and slowing down.
This is my 1956 Mantle PSA 8.5
The one I least like is the 67 Topps.

PoppaJ,
I would love to see pictures of some of your '52 Mantle's. You could cover up the cert. #'s.
Thanks

Hi Tommy,
none of our 52 Mantles have been graded yet.
all 11 of them are sitting in a safe deposit box.
my sons and I, as I've mentioned in a couple other posts, have decided to take a trip to California next year to personally get them graded by PSA.
I've been wanting to do this for quite a few years, but something has always come up.
Hopefully, the good Lord will keep me healthy until next July.
