I was going to use the Live coupon to buy this tonight. Went outside to shovel snow for 20 minutes with every intention of pulling the trigger on this when I got back in. I actually had a window open on the screen. When I got back in and hit refresh, it was gone.

Is this an amazing steal or just what the going rate is with today's economy?

I consider myself one of the biggest heritage collectors in the world, but hammontroy is a true heritage God. I guess he really needs the money because I would
never sell something that hard to put together for that price. I think he could of goten more, but then again, its a bad time to be selling heritage and its a bad
    time to be selling cards!

  • The crazy thing is that he let the auction run twice for $99.00, and nobody bought it. I thought it was a steal at that price.

I'm very surprised that hammondtroy would let that go for that price. I mean, with the live.com discount, you're looking at a net $67.20 shipped, which is 64 cents a card.

I agree with Kevin - over the years he has put up some amazing Heritage stuff, particularly dual autos, dual relics & single autos. Maybe he's just tired of sitting on inventory? Guess I'll have to put him on my favorite sellers list and see what pops up.

I recently bought an '03 and '04 chrome lot, minus 20 cards total of both years being complete for $150 from him. He has also helped me fill some needs in sets as well.
