Why are the 2008w Proofs PCGS 1st Strikes Selling better than the 08w Burnish 1st Strikes.

I noticed a lot of you guys were saying everyone is chasing the proof w mint 08 Ase's for the I guess Obama thingy. As I see the 08w bunish in the same grade PCGS 1st strike 70 isn't selling as good. Any reason?
