    Looks like it could be VAM 5, instead. The date is in the near position. Although the VAM book describes the chip between the 8s as being on the first 8 rather than the 2nd, all else equal, this would still count as VAM 5. I can't make out an RPM from the picture. Also, the lines in the ribbon bow usually don't count.
