wow, what a great guy! To be so unselfish and not peak at the roll. How fortunate to have the vdb on the end....... Gimme a break, if your an ebay seller you are sure as hell going to go through that roll before hand

check out his buyers response percentage - 98.3% - I dont consider this very good - 99% or better for me to deal with anyone on ebay - just like throwing the dice - could be a winner, but more like a loser to me.

    Heck with the sales pitch.

Heck with the seemingly great opportunity.

Heck with the Indian (nice AU-55 by the way).

I stay away from any and all that exhibit bad grammar and spelling. Ebay should assess a $5 penalty per misspelled word.

Its actually a violation to put catalog valuations on coins in auctions without slabbed coins.

I used to think it was a stupid rule...

The VDB end of the roll does look machine crimped but the Indian Head end looks hand crimped.

    correct me if I'm wrong

Lincolns arent my series but I'm pretty sure I read once that 09 S VDB's have a reverse die marker.

If so even if it is original machine crimped on both ends the seller wouldnt need to open it to be able to tell if it was a S or not.

That said I highly doubt that it is an original unopened roll anyway.

I see it's gone. Somebody must have alerted the seller or ebay. It saved someone $200 but ebay is full of rolls like this.

It probably has a 1909 a VDB and an S mint. But, not on the same coin.
