If you're asking what country has coins denominated in pence, Britain is the most obvious answer.

Great Britain doesn't use the Euro. They have their own currency based on the (GBP) pound. One sterling pound = 100 pence.

Their coins are in these denominations:
1 penny, 2 pence, 5 pence, 10 pence, 20 pence, 50 pence, 1 pound, and 2 pounds (and yes, "pence" is the plural of penny).

You can try on the World and Ancient Coins Forum- an image of the coin would help us give you an identification.

Pence is used with South African coins as well.
