1943 Netherlands 5 cent coins

What would these coins grade? I have about 20 in a bag of foreign coins in a recent transaction. Most look like this. Thanks.

They look pretty nice to me, but then again I can't remember seeing one that was badly worn. The design on the coin probably wears very well.

First coin fine-second coin vg, because of to much wear on the obverse side(not the date side). British coins and German coins tend to be graded down a grade from what US coins are graded by US collectors.
