Who says that big corporate conglomerates are heartless... Whitman is offering a special post-Thank

Literally seconds ago, I got an email from that big behemouth of a numismatic organization-- Whitman (as an aside, does anyone know how many people this conglomerate employs?). I am not sure if The Management had a little too much Thanksgiving cheer during the holiday party, but I am not complaining or looking a numismatic gift-equine in the mouth.

It seems that if you spend $25 of more with Whitman on the day after Thanksgiving, they will send you a free copy of the 2009 Red Book!! You have to use Code A335 at the checkout. I guess even BIG corporations like to do nice things for us little guys occasionally, and it isn't always about squeezing every nickel out of the bottom line. image

Quite a good deal - and lots of good things to choose from. I saw RWB's Peace Dollar book in Baltimore last week, it's a keeper and that will get you to $19.95 right there.
  • Thanks Longacre, I may have to do a little self shopping after getting back from fighting the crowds for the kiddo's in the morning.

Anderson Press publishes children's books; Whitman Publishing and H.E. Harris sell books and supplies for coin and stamp collecting.
