Can't update my set descriptions, or names for that matter... What's up?

After a bit of soul searching, I've decided that my color set will become my secondary set, in spite of the fact that my primary set will still retian some color toned coins. What this means is that the "Not Ready for Prime-Time Players" is set for a comeback.

Anyway, I set down yesterday and changed up the name and description, and hit "UPDATE" and poof! No changed were saved. Again... nothing. From a different browser... nothing. From a different computer... nothing. From home... nothing. Today at work... STILL NOTHING!

Infuriating, but I'm sure the problem will abate, as registrants are sure to notify the proper folks at PCGS. Still, who would you tell?

I had/have the same problem. I ended up contacting PCGS by email. They are aware of the software problem, but for some reason haven't been able to fix it. I was able to give them the information needed and they put the information in the Registry. It is a pain in the rear, but is a round about way to a solution.

The Set Registry is a LONG TIME EVENT. Hopefully, it will be here in two, five or ten years from now. I know we are all anxious to have our sets "show" as we want them to, but glitches WILL happen from time to time with the software PCGS uses. So my advise is just to be patient. I bet within a short time in will allow the changes to be made. JMHO. Steve
