    Ill be picking up a PCGS 69, not sure of proof or Uncirc yet, when they hit the secondary market (and the initial frenzy settles down), hopefully using the live.com cash back program. image

    It's the Gold first spouse coin, but there was no first spouse, so its a gold Liberty Coin.

    one of each.. waiting now for 2010 and the last liberty. then I am done. I don't like the other spouse coins.

    Next year I will gt 1-3 HR coins, a proof AGE, Buffalo proof and then we shall see......................

    This is similar to the past few releases. They give you a date a few weeks out, and in the last few cases the coins arrive w/o notice about a week before that date. We'll see if this time around is similar.

    I'm getting out of these, selling my first two libs eventually. A different series (in classic silver) will benefit from the additional funds. I'm just having too much fun with my current round of upgrades!

    I bought a couple of the bronze medals. One of which I will be using as a pocket piece for a while. I figure monthly shots of the obverse over the period of a year will make for an interesting thread. Any bets that I can keep from losing it over the next year?

    BTW, is it just me or does anyone else think that the depiction of MVB as a young man looks a lot like Josh Groban?

    Just checked this evening and my order now says expected to ship 12/17/08???? Whatever, given the Mint's way of doing business, I fully expect to have these arrive suddenly at my office by the end of the week or early next week and then receive an email the next day letting me know that my order was shipped!!!! image
