My order from the big clearance sale is still on hold too.
It was over the $300 amount though. Don't they hold that
for a certain amount of time?

I think it may be the Bush administration trying to hoard the gold until they are sure that a complete financial meltdown is not in the cards. If that happens, they will cancel all of the orders.

I hope I am wrong.

I did get a shipment yesterday that I ordered on the 10th. They're putting holds on any order above $300, according to the gal I spoke with. This seems ridiculous to me, but at least I did get the goods. If yours' say "reserved and in stock", I'm guessing you'll get them.

From my recent experience, the long holds and delays seem to be with the gold issues. I ordered proof gold buffs on 11/13, they went into processing status last Friday morning but still don't show up on FedEx tracking. I ordered an Unc W Plat 1/2 oz on 11/19 which also went into processing status last Friday morning and it will be here by 10:30 this morning. I don't understand it...

They just started shipping Plat/Gold orders from 12th/13th yesterday. Have some patience!! Here's my latest order:

I called and got a release of the hold. It now says "in process"

Well, my order is 30429xxx (gold buffs) and it still hasn't shipped. My much later order 30476xxx (Unc plat, 1 week later) shipped yesterday and arrives today. There is no method to their madness, it's random, pure and simple.
