I know nothing about errors; however, must the clip have the same radius as the planchet?

Genuine.
The key is to look at the opposite rim for weak strike. Yours has it on both counts . .

Looks real to me. Many true mint error clipped coins DO NOT HAVE the Blakesley Effect which this coin does appear to have. What I look for is metal flow on the letters near the clip and this photo is useless for that purpose.
