Mini St. Gauden Gold coin .5 gram bar scrap flake ingot

I inquired the other day about these and a few who replied said they were "copies". Was this to say they are not US Mint issued? No where on this link, , does it say "copies". If indeed they are "copies", is this not a violation of eBay as well as te US Treasury? gold coins

The "coin" is 0.5 grams. It is literally a flake of gold. They don't need to put "copy" on it.

Additionally, the auction does say "Mini" implying that the coin being sold is not the same size nor could it be confused with a real or authentic St. Gaudens coin.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
