I inquired the other day about these and a few who replied said they were "copies". Was this to say they are not US Mint issued? No where on this link, gold cons, does it say "copies". If indeed they are "copies", is this not a violation of eBay as well as te US Treasury?

Are you aware the first link you provided is to the same questionable /fake Lafaette (sp) Dollar that was subject of another topic ?

The auction does say "Mini" implying that the coin being sold is not the same size nor could it be confused with a real or authentic St. Gaudens coin.
