    Herbemont seemed to have flourished between 1923 and 1953.
    Just an educated guess, but agricultural medals of this nature seemed to be struck between the World Wars.

    I particularly like the understated style, contrasting with more monumental work. Herbemont appears to have been particularly proficient.
