I need help from all you cut signature card creators

I would like to try my hand at creating some custom cut signature cards but am clueless on how to do it. Can one of you porfessionals out there help me out? I would like to know what materials I need to get started, the best place to get pictures for the cards, the best place to print out the design, the best tools to use, etc. I would also appreciate a step-by-step guide on how to put the cards together. Please help out a newbie. You can reply here or, if you don't want anyone to know your trade secrets, send me a PM (your secrets will die with me ). Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
