don't think there will be a card series.

I could see a card depicting a shady task force cop's wife killing an innocent women in cold blood as her shady turncoat cop husband steal's money from her dead boyfriend...

nah don't think card series will happen, but 1 helluva good show.

I had no idea you were a fan of The Shield. My only series on television that I am faithful to. I LOVE that show. I wasnt crazy about last season but this season is kick a$$! Watching Mackey confess was nuts!!! I cant wait for the finale on Tuesday!

There are no cards that I know of, but there is a comic series.

    ..................

Anybody have any SOLID spoilers on the finale? None of the spoiler
    sites have anything.

I have two that came from low-level Hollywood workers who are
    fairly sure of their sources:

    1. Ronnie is a FED; that is why he was "rejected" in the immunity deal.

    2. Dutch strangles the murderous-psycho teenager.

    .............

If "Sons Of Anarchy" can develop some new story-lines, it likely has long legs.

Interesting stuff Storm! Im not normally one for spoilers but those actually make me want to watch even more.

I dont know if Ronnie already being a Fed makes any sense unless he signed behind Vic's back as Vic did to him. If he had been a Fed all the way through, I think they would have had too many opportunities to take down the strike team.

Im thinking that Dutch may be killed by the serial killer kid. Those prank phone calls are just something to reel him in. But maybe Dutch will prevail in that fight. Maybe the mom will kill her own son coming to the defense of Dutch? Hmmm....

    Re: Ronnie being a FED.........

The excuse/explanation that Olivia gave about not doing the deal with Ronnie
was - from an acting standpoint - telling us that she was lying.

Ronnie's mild reaction to the "rejection" was also telling.

Ronnie was likely signed fairly recently.

    Re: Dutch: Live or Die?

Dutch is a VERY disturbed character. His fascination with the psychology
of his suspects has always been rooted in his desperate attempts to
    understand his OWN proclivities.

When Dutch strangled the alley cat, his mental illness was fully revealed.
Looking in windows, sneaking into suspects houses, breaking into Claudette's
house, and dozens more clues are all out there.

Killing Dutch does not deliver the "twist" that Ryan and the writers had in
mind from day one. The psycho kid must die at the hands of the psycho cop.

    ..................

    Looks like Shawn and Mara are headed for drug deaths. (Just speculating;
    no inside info.)

    .............................................

I am usually pretty good at securing spoilers. This is the dryest spell I have
ever had. All of my usual sources say they cannot get anybody to chat.

Hopefully, we will have something before Tuesday, but I am not optimistic.

    Great Show.

Little hard to beat insanity of last episode, but they definitely did their best.

Shane's downfall was frankly hard to watch, I figured as much at the end there.

Vick's last living partner on the Team gets royally screwed, wow!!!

Kinda reminded me of Sopranos finale last 2 minutes at end there, so
much drama that words don't really work.

That last episode had me on edge all the way up to the end, but I had one minor complaint with the ending. I felt like they totally dropped the ball on the Dutch story line - they could have at least wrapped that up somehow. It was almost as if they ran out of time to address where that was going. Oh well.

I loved the final scenes with Mackey sentenced to work at a desk for the next 3 years. That was probably more painful than prison to him.

    executive producer: michael chiklis

I think that they wanted to leave a few things open in case they decided to make a movie. If it will make money then they will make a movie.

sure, hope they include the gangster fellatio scene, courtesy of the honorable mayor.

Any theories on who Vic was going after in the end?
  • julen23julen23 Posts: 4,558 ✭✭
i say he was going to bust his homeboy out of jail,
then they were going to spend a life "on the lamb",
    engaging in gratuitous man sex.

I'm sure this is exactly what the writers wanted us fans to debate. I haven't been able to think of a good theory other than he was obviously gonna just generally stir things up. Someone like Mackey needs action - it doesn't matter what kind, as long as there's action.

Ive never experienced it myself and never will but is there any such thing as "gratuitous man sex"? LMAO

Well, if they ever do a movie, I'd be there to watch it! Unfortunately, Lem and Shane would essentially be out of it unless they did flash backs.

My guess is that Vic was going after the Fed chick to get info on where his family was.
