Ebay and Paypal

Didn't things change a while ago and sellers now have to take Paypal?? I bought a card without looking at payment options and assumed I could use Paypal but buyers invoice says they don't take it??

    ALL sellers must accept at least one of the following:

    1. PayPal

    2. ProPay (currently only PSers are able to apply)

    3. Credit Cards processed through an EBAY-approved Merchant Account

    Just received a note from Ebay that sellers can no longer advertise in their listings that they take Money orders or checks but they can take them for payment.
    If it's worth doing..It's worth overdoing!!
