Any info on Frank & Sons Wed/Sat

I was thinking of dropping by there tonight and was wondering if anyone knows if the Beckett grading guy is there on Wednesday?

After waiting over 2 months and still not having back my last PSA submission I am compelled to send a few into Beckett.

    Thanks - saves me a trip tonight. I think I will go Saturday. Do you know if they do the pre-grade? Not sure if thats what its called, but they offer something where they do a minimum grade guarantee??? is that right??

    Don't know if they pre-grade. Last 3 Saturday's I've gone, they weren't that busy (try going in the morning to avoid the stinky people). Did you call to see where your PSA subs were? My 103 card sub only took 12 days total (including weekends) to get back to me. That was for a bulk sub. I just sent in another that arrived at PSA today (hopefully it'll get into the system by Friday!!)

    Guess I am spoiled. Last 3 subs all popped within 2 weeks of the date I shipped them. If I had to check the status 15 times a day for 2 months, I would probably go postal.

    This was the response I got back when I asked for an update on my submission status

    "I know this isn't going to be what you want to hear but when you submit on a special with Turnaround Varies with Demand timeline it can take longer. While sometimes orders are done faster we try to keep them under 45 days. I do understand that people find it frustrating that others get their cards back quicker and I will be happy to pass your complaint along. Please remember that when people are getting them back quicker doesn't always mean everyone will get them back quicker, be prepared for the order to go the full length of the service level."
