Sure looks it to me, especially across the top. The seller does seem legit, so he may not know.

    It does look frosty compare to the other auction scans he has.


    But the card looks good, and I have cases that are at least that bad.

    Based on the scan, the slab looks tampered.

    seller could provide a scan of the logo or something that proves it's authentic.

    or perhaps he's clueless to anything that's potential buyers are concerned abouT?
