Paypal question

Hey guys,

My wife has a Paypal question. Her email address and mine are both on our Paypal account. If she uses her email to log in, and buys a present for me, will I get the email about it where my email is the primary email? She does not want me to know what she is buying obviously.

Any help appreciated! image

do both of you get emails every time there's a transaction?

maybe just temporarily change yours to an alt that you don't use till she is done

Whichever ID she logs in with will get the Email. So if she logs in with her ID/Email that is the one that will get the Email.
  • I would think it the e-mail that is the main one, with the check mark next to it under e-mail profile, is the only one that would get the e-mail. Shouldn't matter how you log on, likewise, doesn't matter which someone sends payment to.

    Meteorite,
I sell cards for someone and use an Email address associated with his account that we added, different than his primary. When I receive a payment Email notification comes only to me. Months ago I accidentally purchased something from his account and the notification came only to me. Unless they changed it that's how it worked in the past, I know I'm the only one who gets notice of payments.
