It helps when you show a pic of the card. Just a suggestion...
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

it looks close to PSA's standards:
Centering must be approximately 70/30 to 75/25 or better on the front

that's LA. OC is further south.
