How Do You Figure Out Turnaround Time?

help me on my math.. i submitted cards to SGC, and they logged them in on 10/28. According to them, the log in day counts as day 1 on the turnaround time. This submission was for 15 days... so according to my math, the grades should have popped on 11/17 correct?

i emailed them yesterday and they said order would probably ship today.. would you say they met their turnaround time?

I would say it's close enough to not freak out or demand something in return for a one or two day difference on a 15 day submission. Just not worth it.

yeah, i thought about that.. but they were open.. at least i got an email from them on that day.
