  • I agree with those that advise you to leave it as is. I have a large collection of autographs and I put them in scrapbooks just like that. I've managed to find a couple of older scrapbooks with tape and glue and whatever and I get so much more of a kick looking at them knowing that the items inside were actually enjoyed and loved. It is the same for baseball cards. While I have thousands of nicer cards, I also still have a box of cards from the early 70's that I opened as a kid from packs. They are beat to hell. But they were MY cards and I remember the thrills I got when I opened the packs. That scrapbook is your father's cards that HE opened the packs on. You just can't beat those memories. If you do anything at all I would just maybe clean up the album a bit, but I wouldn't take out a thing. It's beautiful!
